Listing Management

The following packages are available for Listing Management/Coordination:

MiniList Package:  $150.00

  • Verify listing details with Agent
  • Enter listing into MLS, Upload Photos, Sellers Disclosure and any other Docs provided by agent (photos to be supplied by agent)

Standard Listing Package:  $250.00

  • Provide bio with picture for you to include as a “team member” in your listing presentation
  • Enter listing into MLS, Upload Photos, Sellers Disclosure and any other Documents needed (photos to be supplied by agent)
  • Initial listing activities: scan documents, coordinate with administrative staff when applicable and submit files to office
  • Listing Agreement and all signed paperwork sent to seller with a “Thank You for the Listing” via email
  • Create a professional flyer for inclusion in the In-Home Listing Folder with copies of the Disclosures
  • Required Follow-Up Activities: listing amendment prepared for price reduction or status change, send to seller for signatures, makes changes in MLS and modify flyers

Both Listing Packages are to be paid for at the time of service.
