The following package is available for Listing Management/Coordination:
Listing Package: $250.00
- Enter listing into MLS, Upload Photos, Sellers Disclosure and any other Documents needed (photos to be supplied by agent)
- Initial listing activities: scan documents, coordinate with administrative staff when applicable and submit files to office
- Listing Agreement and all signed paperwork sent to seller with a “Thank You for the Listing” via email
- Required Follow-Up Activities: listing amendment prepared for price reduction or status change, send to seller for signatures, makes changes in MLS and modify flyers
Listing Packages to be paid for at the time of service.
Please note, this service will require a Maris Personal Assistant form together with a yearly payment of $100 to Maris.
