Every Realtor knows that there are two important negotiations that they and their clients will face during every real estate transaction.

The first are the negotiations to get to an accepted offer.  The second is the inspection negotiations.

Some people love the challenge of this contingency, but most dread it.  It can be time consuming, stressful, and frankly, difficult.  Not done well, transactions are terminated.  Clients are then upset at what they see as unnecessary expense and loss of time.
